Raindrops was inspired by a particular walk in Edinburgh where I got caught in a torrential downpour. I took shelter under some trees and watched the rainclouds move across the sky, waiting for the shower to pass. During this short time of watching the sky, it struck me what a magical thing the rain was. My perspective shifted into wonder as the sun broke through and a glimpse of a rainbow appeared over Arthur's Seat. It reinforced to me how important spending time in nature is, and how these everyday experiences of weather can be transformative.
